Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area with lounge area and WiFi internet connection. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Independent WC. Floor: 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed. 1 bedroom with 3 90x190 beds (Possibility of making 1 180x190 bed on request). Separate WC with hand basin. Reversible climate control. Unfenced land of 300 m2 with large partially covered terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs, hammock, plancha, swing, pétanque court, ping-pong table and badminton net. Baby equipment: 1 folding bed, high chair, toilet seat, potty, deckchair. Linen, sheets, electricity and heating included. No bathroom linen rental. End of stay cleaning €50. In this cottage lived a couple of farmers and we found these people kind; when we built ourselves in what was the barn at the time, we said of this little house: "I'm going to see the Marie". Even the “red tail” birds came to nest there every year; we realized that they had taken possession of the place for our greatest happiness. “Chez la Marie” has therefore become a very pleasant gîte in the heart of Périgord. The buildings with thick walls, exposed stones and briquettes, combine the charm of the past with modern comfort. Many tourist sites nearby (Sarlat, medieval city with exceptional heritage; Montignac, International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 and prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley; Périgueux, city of Art and History; Château de Beynac, de Castelnaud, de Hautefort...) and marked hiking trails.
