Mansion from 1907 renovated as close as possible to its origins, 30s/50s style with a touch of contemporary, located in the quiet of the countryside, unfenced garden of 1000 m² with terrace, on a wooded plot of 3000 m² (motorcycle shelter and private parking).
Gîte located in the owners' house (on the ground floor East near the garden), bright living room with open fitted kitchen, 1 spacious bedroom (160x200 bed), shower room/wc, outdoor laundry with dryer, veranda. Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, radio/CD (USB-Bluetooth port), baby equipment, bicycle repair kit, fishing equipment.
Included: sheets, towels.
Not included: electric heating, electricity and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (75€).

In the calm of the countryside with hiking, cycling (Vélodyssée and La Loire à vélo). Trips on the Estuary. Near the Canal, beaches and sports activities. Quick access to Guérande (salt marshes), Saint-Nazaire (Escal'Atlantic), La Brière, Nantes (the castle, Museum of Fine Arts, the Permanent Voyage, the machines of the Island...)
