We offer you to stay in a charming single-storey house, perfect for a peaceful holiday.
Located just 300 m from the beach (no roads to cross). The first shops are just 300 m away on foot and all shops (Jullouville or St Pair) 1.5 km away. Upon entering you will discover an extra sleeping area with two single bunk beds of 90, a dining area, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher), A cozy living room, equipped with a TV and a sofa bed offering the possibility of a comfortable bed, a bedroom with a double bed of 140, a bathroom (shower, washing machine), and separate toilet.
Terrace with garden furniture on an enclosed garden.

Access to the house is via a shared driveway with the owner, but you benefit from total independence and a setting without vis-à-vis.
Pets are not allowed.

très beau gîte avec un très beau jardin. gîte très bien équipé. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de WiFi et la 4G est quasi inexistante.

Trés agréable maison, fonctionnelle, joliment décorée et trés bien équipée. Calme. Accès à la plage trés proche. Idéal pour se reposer et profiter avec les enfants.
