Description of the accommodation

House located in the city center of St Nazaire, 1.8 km from the seafront and the Escal'Atlantic site. The cottage is located on the 1st level of the owners' house (separate entrance - very good soundproofing). Shared terrace of 100 m² facing south / west (sandbox). Free public parking 100 m away.
It consists of a living room / lounge with open fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms accessible by 1 step, each with private shower room / WC (1: 2 beds 80x200, 2 and 3: bed 160x200).

Additional equipment: wifi, TV per room, air conditioning, tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, high chair / baby bed.

Included: aerothermal heating (air / air), electricity, sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels.
Not included: tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (€65) for professional customers.

Non-smoking cottage.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- End of stay cleaning: €70.04 per stay

Séjour parfait. L appartement est parfaitement situé, très bien aménagé et joliment decoré. Nous aurions aimé profité plus de la terrasse qui semble bien agréable par beu temps

Beautiful house with attentive owners. Very well appointed and modern. Terrace was a lovely place to relax. Owners lived above and were helpful but not intrusive.
