Gîte upstairs with private balcony (south facing): living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), bathroom and separate toilet.
Duplex: mezzanine (1 90x190 bed) and bedrooms with private shower room (160x200 bed).
Washing machine and barbecue shared by the 3 gîtes.
Additional equipment: low-speed wifi, freezer section, CD player, bed/high chair and baby bath on request.
Not included: electric heating, sheets, towels/household linen and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee (tourist customers €96).
