In a quiet hamlet, this renovated old house is spread over several levels (stairs). Large living room opens onto a fully equipped kitchen overlooking one of the 400m² garden terraces.

Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms, the first with a double bed and a single bed, the second with three single beds, two of which can be joined together. 2 baby beds are available. Bathroom with bathtub and shower, toilet. Stereo system. Tuned piano. Playhouse, unfenced ecosystem pool. In the garden, there are 2 white cats living outside (Chatnel and Peuf, who come to say hello; they are very friendly).

Baby equipment available: 2 travel cots with additional mattresses, 2 high chairs, 1 baby bathtub, 1 potty, 1 bath seat.

Depending on the season, you can pick mirabelle plums, damsons, apples, figs, and walnuts from the garden. Public parking is available next to the cottage. You can store your bikes at the cottage.

Grosbois Reservoir is 10 minutes away (swimming, fishing). A verdant setting with forest and marked hiking trails. The Ozerain Valley is also nearby.
