During your weekend or week, you will be accommodated in this holiday home with good comfort and harmonious decor. Gîte on enclosed land of approximately 1100 m² with lawn and garden, with gate benefiting from 2 terraces with garden furniture. A living space composed of a living room (TV, wood stove), an independent kitchen (washing machine, microwave), mezzanine converted into a relaxation area, internet, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed). The toilets offer a bathroom with bathtub, for your comfort the toilets are independent. Provision of a Wi-Fi connection. Shared land with owners, the gîte is located in a neighborhood. Adjoining garage reserved for the use of the owners. Combined fridge/freezer. Sofa bed in 140 in bedroom. Baby bed + high chair. Sheets provided. Bathroom linen kit 2 bath towels + 2 hand towels in addition. Parking. Wood 5 € per basket.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
