Private unfenced garden behind the house, not overlooked, reserved for the gîte (separated from the other accommodation by a hedge), terrace, barbecue.
Possibility of fishing over 300m (permit required).
The property being important many varieties of wild animals and birds circulate permanently adding to the pleasure of the stay (doe, partridge, pheasants, heron, rabbit, hare, wild ducks etc ... this place is suitable for them because there are on one side crops, meadow and the river which allows them to feed, swim and drink.
It is a truly exceptional place 200 m from the Departmental road, in absolute calm..
Gîte not suitable for small children because of the proximity of the river.
The place is very close to the sites to visit which is practical.
