This semi-detached cottage of the owner is composed of a living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven), lounge area (flat screen TV), dining area, two bedrooms including one upstairs with TV (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), a bathroom (shower and washing machine), 2 toilets. Free WIFI. Sheets, towels and household linen included in the price. Baby equipment on request (bed, high chair, bathtub, changing mat). Private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and plancha in the heart of a large garden.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Any excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
