Between Landes and the Basque Country, the Pays du Seignanx benefits from a geographical location conducive to holidays. Beaches, forests, hills, lakes, these are the landscapes that will surround you. We therefore suggest that you take advantage of it to go for a walk, relax on the beach and discover a multitude of activities for young and old. Our cottage is waiting for you! Cottage twinned with another, on the ground floor: living room with kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed), oil heating, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, WIFI, fridge/freezer, unfenced land, garden furniture, plancha, terrace and courtyard. Private land for the cottage. Cleaning fee possible €12/hour.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating package during the period of use of the latter (€7 per day in 2022)
