In the heart of a hamlet in the Morvan Regional Natural Park, we offer you an old mansion from 1903, which has kept its historical character, but also renovated with quality materials, on a beautiful landscaped plot of 1500 m² and benefiting from numerous leisure facilities to spend pleasant moments with your family. Independent and single-storey gîte with 3 steps at the entrance. Living room with fitted kitchen and dining room. Comfortable living room with insert fireplace. A bedroom with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. A bedroom with a 130 bed (possible sleeping for 2 children) and 2 90 beds. A bedroom with a 140 bed and adjoining shower room. A large bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet. 2nd separate toilet. For babies: wooden bed, high chair, changing table and bath seat. For the enjoyment of young and old, the outbuildings have been converted into heated games rooms (10 kilo bags of pellets optional) with in the stable, children's games, rowing machine, exercise bike, darts and table football, with the possibility of having family and friendly meals, in the shade in summer and warm in winter; and in the barn, ping-pong table, large trampoline, basketball hoop, indoor archery and secure outdoor archery for children. Pets not allowed.

Installation of a 36kwc photovoltaic roof, allowing the gîte to be self-sufficient and to supply electricity to 10 additional houses. Creation of a fountain with luminous cascades at night. For the toddlers, a pretty little caravan made by us. Finally, the pergola with mosquito net in the center of the lawn on the terrace, to have an aperitif or relax.

Semi-buried heated swimming pool of 4.90 x 3 m, with a depth of 1.20 m open after May 15 until September (depending on the weather) and secured by a closed enclosure.
