300 m from Lake Chamboux and in the Morvan Regional Nature Park, this house with its local stone walls has a privileged location for lovers of wild nature. Access to the ground floor by 4-5 steps: kitchen open to tiled dining room and living room and to a terrace on the garden side. Laundry area. WC.

1st floor: 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 80x200 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 (2 twin beds 80) and 1 BZ armchair (comfortable additional bed). Shower room with large shower, toilet. Washer dryer. Wood stove.

Baby equipment in the cottage: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, changing table and deckchair.

Shared courtyard and garden at the back of the cottage of 700 m² surrounded by periwinkles, not enclosed.

Parking. Children's cabin at the bottom of the garden. The owner accepts a maximum of 2 pets with a supplement of €10 per stay and per pet.

Electric charging point.

Owners nearby. Unsupervised swimming at Lake Chamboux. The Settons and Saint Agnan lakes are 20 km away. Lovely walks on these many paths to recharge your batteries on site.
