This 275 m2 (with studio 32m2) chalet is ideally located for a ski-in/ski-out departure and return throughout the season (the slope is less than 10m from the chalet door), as well as for walking access to shops, restaurants and "after ski" entertainment. The nearest ski rental shop is located 50 meters from the chalet while you will be in the immediate vicinity of the departure of the ski schools and the nearest ski lifts.

Large south and west-facing terraces with magnificent views of the valley and the slopes, enhance the two levels of living space and will charm the 12 guests of this exceptional chalet.
Recently built with the best interior and exterior materials to promote the comfort of its occupants and respect the codes of traditional construction, the decoration immerses you in a warm, airy, comfortable and neat atmosphere.

Second floor: A huge living room with a cathedral ceiling surrounded by large bay windows and composed of facilities dedicated to sharing: open kitchen, dining room, wine cellar, bar, lounge around a fireplace. This top floor is completed by a spacious home cinema that can also be used as a games room.

First floor: dedicated to the night, you will find 3 master bedrooms (180x200 bed that can be separated into two 90x200 single beds). Master 1: west-facing terrace with bathtub and shower. Master 2: west-facing terrace with bathtub and shower. Master 3: double south- and west-facing terrace with shower. As well as a comfortable dormitory offering 6 beds, with its own bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Ground floor: a fitted laundry room and plenty of storage space join the main staircase. Access to the ski room, fully equipped (shoe dryer, glove dryer, ski lockers) as well as to the garage (2 covered spaces, closed access)

You can benefit, as an option, from a spacious 32 m2 studio, built and decorated with the same attention to detail, composed of a large living room, open kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom (180x200 bed that can be separated into two single beds of 90x200) and a bathroom.

The studio has independent access, as well as direct access to the chalet.

The chalet can therefore accommodate a total of 14 guests (12+2)
For groups of families or friends, the Chalet de la Source 2 can be rented in combination with the Chalet de la Source 1 (10 people) and 3 (12 people).
