Pretty recent single storey and comfortable house 500 meters from the village of Saint Martial de Nabirat in the Périgord Noir. You will benefit from a kitchen equipped with a combined freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, open to the living room (TV and wifi) and the dining room. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house. You will have a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 90x190 beds as well as a bathroom with shower and separate WC. You will have at your disposal a shelter to store your bikes with a padlock. From the large bay windows of the living room, you will access the wooden terrace facing south, not overlooked, to rest after your day's visits. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, changing mat.
