Description of the accommodation
The Pré des îles offers an exceptional setting for fishing and recharging your batteries. Ideal for families or friends, with facilities that are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility (fishing pontoon, the entire ground floor with a bedroom and the bathroom (Italian shower, adapted toilet).
The setting is green and natural! You can observe animals, squirrels, deer, rabbits, ... listen to the birds singing!
Experience the pleasure of putting down your rod and watching it in the comfort of home!
To complete your fishing, you also have access to the river, the Futaie, category 1 with trout (bring a fishing license).
The pond is private, with an area of approximately 600m² and a depth of ~80 cm. Fish: carp, tench, roach, and some pike.
As for the cottage, you will appreciate its large volumes both in the living rooms and in the bedrooms. Ground floor: the fitted kitchen / living room with TV 35m² opened by large windows onto the sheltered terrace 46m² and the winter garden 17m². 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90*190, the bathroom with large walk-in shower and accessible toilet. 1st: mezzanine with living room and TV 33 m², 1 bedroom 18m² with 1 bed 160*190 and its bathroom with shower cubicle, 1 bedroom 23m² with 2 beds 90*190, an office, separate toilet, separate bathroom.
