You will have a living room with sofas and flat screen TV, a spacious equipped kitchen, a dining room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture. The sleeping area is composed of 3 double bedrooms (1 bed 140x190), a triple bedroom (3 beds 90x190) and a master suite with double bed (1 bed 140x190) and its private bathroom (shower + sink + toilet). A second bathroom with shower and sink as well as 2 separate toilets with washbasins will complete the sanitary facilities. Outside, you will have access to a courtyard serving as a parking lot and an unfenced grassy area. The beds will be made on arrival, heating and electricity will be included in the price of the stay from mid-April to the end of September. From 01/10 to 15/04, heating supplement 10 € / day. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes and at the gateway to the Yonne, this single-storey accommodation is a former professional building (administrative offices) transformed and renovated into a gîte. Nestled in the small hamlet "Les Robins", you will appreciate the calm of these places and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside while benefiting from all the amenities just a few minutes from the gîte.
