You will have a living room with sofas and flat screen TV, a spacious equipped kitchen, a dining room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture. The sleeping area is made up of 3 double bedrooms (1 140x190 bed), a triple bedroom (3 90x190 beds) and a master suite with double bed (1 140x190 bed) and private bathrooms (shower + sink + toilet) . A second bathroom with shower and sink as well as 2 independent toilets with hand basins will complete the sanitary equipment. Outside, you will have access to a courtyard used as parking and an open grassy area. Beds will be made on arrival, heating and electricity will be included in the price of the stay from mid-April to the end of September. From 01/10 to 15/04, heating extra €10/day. In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 40 minutes from Troyes and at the gates of Yonne, this single storey accommodation is an old professional building (administrative offices) transformed and renovated into a gîte. Nestled in the small hamlet "Les Robins" , you will appreciate the calm of these places and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside while benefiting from all the amenities just a few minutes from the gîte.
