Upstairs (in the attic): - entrance into the living room (95cm TV) which also serves as a bedroom: sleeping is provided in a comfortable 160x190cm convertible sofa (Dunlopillo mattress), - kitchen with dining area (fridge/freezer , microwave, 4-place dishwasher, single bowl sink, 4-burner gas stove), - bathroom with sanibroyeur toilet, No private washing machine but possibility of using the owner's on request. SHEETS AND HEATING INCLUDED. Bathroom linen (towels) is not provided: rental possible at an additional cost.
Exterior: Private garden area at the foot of the staircase with garden furniture, plancha on request L'Arbalète is the ideal place to go and meet farm animals, discover the joys of the great outdoors, or simply to relax. Pleasant setting with lovely view of the Scie valley.
A gîte for 9 people (G2027: children's gîte during school holidays) is located just below the P'tit gîte. Non-smoking gîte.
