Upstairs (in the attic): - entrance into the living room (95cm TV) which also serves as a bedroom: sleeping is provided in a comfortable 160x190cm convertible sofa (Dunlopillo mattress), - kitchen with dining area (fridge/freezer, microwave, 4-place dishwasher, single sink, 4-burner gas cooker), - bathroom with macerator toilet, No private washing machine but possibility of using the owner's on request. ALL CHARGES INCLUDED.
Outside: Private garden area at the foot of the stairs with garden furniture, plancha on request L'Arbalète is the ideal place to meet the farm animals, discover the joys of the great outdoors, or simply to relax. Pleasant setting with a lovely view of the Scie valley.
A gîte for 9 people (G2027: children's gîte during school holidays) is located just below the P'tit gîte. Non-smoking cottage.
