Private and enclosed garden not overlooked of 60 m².
Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen and shower room/wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x190 beds).
Additional equipment: baby bed/chair, bathtub/changing mat on request (no washing machine or dishwasher).
