Description of the accommodation

Treat yourself to an Ocean and Nature break on the Landes coast. Here, you can enjoy the proximity of the vast beaches just 8km away, the forest environment, the large lakes and all the summer activities and entertainment offered by the pretty village of Saint Julien en Born. With in addition, on site, an equestrian center which offers discovery and improvement courses as well as horse rides for young and old. Although adjoining another seasonal rental, our cottage has a private entrance and a private enclosed plot with a wooden terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue. Entirely on one level, it is composed of: - a living room (TV, WIFI), - a kitchen with 4 hotplates, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine - a bedroom: 1 bed 140

- a bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet. One pet is accepted free of charge; beyond an animal, please contact us. The Equestrian Center closes every year: 1 week at the end of June, 1 week at the beginning of July, 1 week at the end of August, 1 week at the beginning of September, Christmas holidays. This house can only be rented for 2 consecutive weeks between July 6 and August 31, 2024

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
