In the countryside, at the top of the exterior staircase of a renovated but rustic old house, this small cottage offers upstairs a bedroom (1 double bed) with an alcove (1 single bed), a shower room, a toilet, a kitchen and a lovely open view.
Outside, a private access with courtyard, garden furniture and barbecue shared with another cottage, a games room (ping-pong, table football), swing, bowling green and meeting with the animals (pony, goat, sheep, donkey, etc.) in a 15,000 m² area including a private pond (fishing) will delight young and old. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €30/stay (€50 for companies); Bed linen rental for 1 or 2 people: €15/bed/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €10/person/stay.

Tourist tax, electric heating: general meter reading (deduction made of 8 kWh per day for current consumption): to be paid on site.
Reception and handing over of keys to the gîte: from La Roche sur Yon (D160), take the direction of La Mothe Achard (20 km) then that of Brétignolles sur Mer by the D12. 2 km after the exit of Saint Julien des Landes, turn left towards Ste Jeanne at the corner of the pruning company. After 1.2 km enter the village of La Sourderie where the gîte is in the main building on the left, entrance through the green gate.
