The Tourists apartment (in reference to the café of the owner's grandmother, who was called Les Touristes) is located in the village of St Joachim, in the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 1 km from the famous starred restaurant La Mare aux Oiseaux and about 18 km from Guérande, La Baule and the beaches.
It is located on the 1st floor of a family house completely renovated in 2022 (owners' flower shop on the ground floor). A private parking space in front of the house and free public parking about 700 m away.
1st floor: living room/living room with open kitchen, shower room and separate WC.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed and adjoining shower room, 2: 2 twin 90x200 beds, 3: 2 90x200 beds) and 1 separate WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, dryer, cot/baby chair.
