Nestled on the edge of a wood, on the edge of a forest path, this old restored farmhouse is surrounded by unfenced grounds (700 m²) with a terrace, a swing and a petanque court .
Nearby: hiking, Lavalette leisure center at 13 km (swimming, sailing, rowing), Tence at 6 km (putting golf, fishing in the Bathelane pond, all shops and services), Le Chambon-sur-Lignon at 8 km (18-hole golf course, forest adventure course, swimming on the Lignon, Place of Memory museum). The ground floor is organized around a living room-kitchen, a shower room, a toilet and a laundry room.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a shower room and a separate WC.

- Geothermal heating (heating slab on the ground floor) and wood included in the price.
- Baby equipment: wooden bed, bath, high chair.
Cleaning included in rates.

A deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival at the gîte.

Via the RN88, take the direction of Tence/Montfaucon (D105) as far as Yssingeaux then follow the direction of St-Jeures. At St-Jeures, follow Mazet St Voy/Freycenet. At Freycenet, turn left in front of the school and continue for 3 km on the D74 to a place called Les Gardes, the gîte is set back from the road, on the edge of the forest, it is accessible by a small tarred road.
