We await you in the heart of the Landes countryside, just 17km from the beaches and Lake Hossegor, and at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain for a comfortable stay. From here you can explore the ocean, the forest and the inland Landes. Relaxation, idleness, sports, heritage, gastronomy... a range of possibilities are available to you. With in addition, a comfortable cottage where you will appreciate the direct view of the cornfields, the covered terrace, the calm and serenity of the place as well as the possibility of walking or cycling to the village and to the small lake (not swimmable) of the owners 400m away. A relaxing and pleasant stopover to discover all year round! This pretty independent country house has a large outdoor plot of land with trees and flowers, with a children's swing. The covered terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers. The interior consists of a large living room with lounge (TV, WIFI, fireplace with insert), dining room, equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, second TV), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 and 3 beds 90 including 2 which can be presented as a double bed), a bathroom (bath and shower), a toilet. In the basement, a washing machine, a dryer and a freezer are at your disposal. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen as well as wood for the insert are provided.
Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair and changing mat) can be delivered on request.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
