We fell in love with the cozy and cocooning spirit of this 3* property, in a quiet environment while being close to places of interest.

In Saint Jean de Luz, 10 minutes walk from Erromardie beach, beautiful 3-star apartment on the 2nd floor of a residence without elevator located in a private park with a shared swimming pool.
It consists of a tastefully decorated living/dining room with a sofa bed and an open-plan equipped kitchen, all opening onto a beautiful furnished terrace.
The night area includes a bedroom with a large 160 cm bed and a bathroom equipped with a washing machine. A private outdoor parking space will complete the set.
Ideal for a quiet holiday close to the ocean and the city center, with friends or family.
Please note: This furnished accommodation has been rated 3 stars by the ICH, an evaluation body for tourist accommodation, accredited by COFRAC (French Accreditation Committee).

Please note: the communal swimming pool is open from June 17 to September 16 depending on weather conditions and excluding regulatory annual maintenance work

Erholsamer Aufenthalt am Rande von St-Jean-de-Luz Das Ferienappartement war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns zu zweit dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand Erromadie ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Auf dem Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick ins Grüne und einen kleinen Ausblick aufs Meer. In der Appartementanlage ist es sehr ruhig.

An enjoyable short stay in a pleasant location. A comfortable, well equipped apartment in a quiet location yet within walking distance of one of the resort&#39,s beaches. Gated entrance with secure parking. Well situated for visiting other nearby resorts, eg Biarritz and Hendaye, as well as a short drive to the Spanish border and the attractive port of Hondarribia.
