This region is ideal for practicing many activities: hiking in the heart of the Cantal mountains (Puy Griou, Plomb du Cantal, Grand Site National du Puy Mary, ...), winter and summer resort of Super-Lioran 8 km away (skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, tree climbing, mountain biking, ...), discovery of the Pas de Cère site, the Jordanne gorges, waterfalls, visit of castles, the medieval cities of Murat and Saint-Flour but also the city of Aurillac.
