Small house adjoining another accommodation. Shared courtyard at the front and small enclosed courtyard behind. Gîte well located near the Loire Valley and Sologne, on the road to the Loire Valley castles. GROUND FLOOR: large living room with fully equipped open kitchen and lounge area (bed capacity 140X190), separate toilet.

FLOOR: Bedroom No. 1 with 1 140X190 bed, Bedroom No. 2 with 2 90X190 beds, bathroom (bath and sink) and separate toilet.

OUTSIDE: At the back, small private and enclosed garden (accessible through the bay window of the living room), with garden furniture (2 small tables and 4 chairs), 4 deckchairs and a barbecue. At the front, possibility of parking 2 cars in front of the cottage.

In addition: Electric heating offered up to 8kw/day (supplement charged according to consumption). For rent: sheets at 10€/bed, towels at 6€/pers. End of stay cleaning at 50€/stay (mandatory for business stays). Pets accepted with a supplement of 50€.
Deposit required on arrival for the cottage (360€) and with a pet (450€).
