Small house adjoining another accommodation. Shared courtyard in front and small enclosed courtyard behind. Gîte well located near the Loire Valley and Sologne, on the road to the Loire Valley castles. Ground floor: large room (bed capacity in the living room) with fully equipped open kitchen and lounge area, toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom and toilet. Electric heating offered up to 8kw/day (supplement charged according to consumption). Sheets not provided, possibility of renting them at €9 per pair.
Pets accepted with a supplement of €50 for the mandatory cleaning fee.
Cleaning fee charged obligatorily for business stays at a rate of €50.
Deposit required on arrival for the gîte (360) and pets (450).
