In the center of a quiet village, come and enjoy this cottage ideally located on the cycle route and a few hundred meters from the Loire. Ideal to discover by bike or on foot for a walk or for fishing.

The land is fully enclosed allowing you to safely accommodate children and also an animal. A garage is at your disposal. The entrance to the cottage is through the functional kitchen (dishwasher, oven and microwave, 3 gas hobs + 1 electric); a living room with relaxation area and TV; a separate toilet; a bathroom (bathtub); upstairs 3 bedrooms: 1 with 1 90x190 bed, the 2nd with 1 160x200 bed and the last with 2 90x190 beds.

All shops 8km away in Cercy la Tour, about twenty km from Bourbon-Lancy and its thermal baths, 15km from Decize and its nautical stadium. On the border of Allier where the PAL amusement park is located.
