For your quiet vacation between Pornic and Nantes, gîte upstairs in the owners' house (separate entrance). Shared semi-enclosed garden of 1000 m² with private terrace + land of approximately 2500m² next to the cottage. Swing, bowling alleys and sandbox available. Living room/living room with balcony, separate fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed, 2: 1 140x190 bed, 3: 2 90x190 beds), shower room, separate WC. Additional equipment: freezer section, baby bed on request, Wifi access, Hifi system.
Included: sheets and electricity.
Not included: aerothermal heating, towels/household linen and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (80€).
