Raised ground floor on the courtyard side, 1st floor on the enclosed terrace side: kitchen, living room (sofa bed, TV, closed fireplace), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double bed), shower room, wc.

Electric heating included. Wood for the fireplace provided free of charge.
