Located in the countryside in the Marais Breton, this cottage welcomes you for a stay with family or friends. You will find yourself just 11 km from the famous Passage du Gois, and 17 km from the beaches of Fromentine, the Pays de Monts national forest and the Noirmoutier bridge. The Saint-Jean-de-Monts station is also very close, 23 km away. This new house offers you, on the ground floor, a living room/lounge/kitchen as well as a bathroom/WC. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with TV, one equipped with 1 140 cm bed and the second equipped with 2 twin 80 cm beds and 1 90 cm bed, as well as a WC with sink.
