Rustic Savoyard farm of 130m² that can accomadate up to 11 people. The farm has a large garden with terrace and has a South-West exposure with a beautiful view of Mont-Joly and the valley
The farm is composed of :
- A living room of 60 m², wood stove, television.
- An equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, 5-burner electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, raclette and fondue set, washing machine.
- 2 bedroom each with double bed (140x190) and single bed.
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 person, 80x190) and 1 single beds (80x200).
- A bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks.
- A bathroom with italian shower.
- 2 independent toilet with washbasin.
Additional equipments : parking sapce for 3 cars, storage room for skis in a independent mazot. Barn with ping-pong table and mini-football. Pets no allowed.
Warning: winter equipment strongly recommended to access the chalet.
