Large 150 m² gîte on the ground floor: living room with wood stove, dining room with kitchenette and storage room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with beds ready on arrival and 2 shower rooms. Pleasant shaded area that opens onto the countryside. Swimming pool (4x11m) shared with the owner according to schedule to be defined according to activities. Central heating, WIFI. Plus even more comfort in the gîte, a "storage room", shared with the owner, is at your disposal. Winter booking on request. Pets accepted after agreement with the owner. On arrival, a deposit of €500 and €60 for cleaning. In these old stones, comfort is combined with the history of the place. Renewing the tradition of the Hospitallers and the Knights of Malta, our gîte welcomes families wishing to recharge their batteries in the calm of a hamlet and a historic setting. Located near the Loire River, in the foothills of Auvergne and close to the Pilat and Livradois Forez nature parks.
