Upstairs a first bedroom with 90 bunk bed, a second bedroom with 140 bed and cupboard. Outside a terrace and a small garden. Private bicycle storage and designated parking space in the residence.

The plus of this rental by the sea: Small residence, quiet and close to the beach. Private garden and terrace for beautiful summer evenings. Possibility to move around on foot or by bike. Cleaning included.

Delivery and return of keys exclusively to the D'Oléron agency (Saint Pierre district).
