Detached stone house with a small plot of land (150 m²), located in a green environment, on the edge of a hamlet, near the Massif du Mézenc.
Nearby: Les Estables 16 km away (ski resort, paragliding, snow and outdoor activities, Mont Mézenc...), village of Bigorre 8 km away (thatched cottages), lake of Saint-Front 4.5 km away. On the ground floor, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen area and lounge area with wood stove, toilet.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each have a 140 bed and a bedroom with 2 90 beds, shower room, separate toilet.
Services offered by the owners:
- Electric heating (8kwh/day - the excess will be paid to the owners) and wood for the stove are provided.
