Owner on site and unheated swimming pool available (protected access). [hidden] : living room-kitchen opening (via 2 steps) onto the living room, 1st bedroom (160 bed), 2nd bedroom (2 90 beds), bathroom with shower (accessible via 2 steps from the kitchen), toilet. Floor: 3rd bedroom (160 bed, bathroom with bathtub and toilet), 4th bedroom (2 90 beds). WIRELESS. Oil central heating included. Large garden at the back (table tennis). Baby chair and cot. All-Inclusive gîte (except tourist taxes): sheets/beds made, bathroom linen, end-of-stay cleaning package, heating, electricity, basket of wood for the stove. Non-smoking accommodation.
