Description of the accommodation

In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, Le Tournesac is an old renovated mill on the edge of a 3ha private pond, a river and on the edge of the forest. It is composed of 2 gîtes with independent entrance, rentable together or separately.

Gîte 9 is the most authentic part of the building with its terracotta tiles, French ceilings, fireplace and original cement tile floor.

It is composed, on the ground floor, of an entrance, a dining room with equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room with closed fireplace, a shower room and a separate toilet. The living room offers sleeping space for 2 people on a sofa bed.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bedroom with 2 90 beds and a bedroom with 3 90 beds, 2 of which can be twinned. Bathroom with toilet.

Common land for the 2 gîtes of 9 hectares with courtyard, parking, green spaces and access to the edges of the pond. Private terrace in front of the mill and picnic table installed at the water's edge. No-kill fishing authorized with loan of a boat. 1 animal maximum with animal supplement: €20 per stay.

Oil heating, water and electricity included in the rates. Linen and final cleaning optional. Le Tournesac owes its name to the river that passes on the land. Due to the nearby presence of waterways, children must remain under the supervision of their parents during the stay.

Nearby: many hikes in the surrounding forests. Saulieu: famous gastronomic city of the Maison Loiseau and François Pompon museum. Many lakes for swimming, fishing or water sports: Chamboux, Saint Agnan or Les Settons lakes.
