In the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, Le Tournesac is an old renovated mill on the edge of a 3ha private pond, a river and on the edge of the forest. It is composed of 2 gîtes, which can be rented together or separately. Gite 9 is the most authentic part of the building with terracotta tiles, French ceilings, fireplace and original cement tile floor. It is composed, on the ground floor, of a dining room with equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room with closed fireplace, a shower room and a separate toilet. The living room offers sleeping space for 2 additional people on a sofa bed.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bedroom with 2 90 beds and a bedroom with 3 90 beds, 2 of which can be twinned. Bathroom with toilet. Gite 6 is more contemporary. It is located on the 2nd floor in the old attic and has a separate entrance accessible by an external staircase with a beautiful private terrace on the pond.

It consists of a large living room of 48 m² with dining room, lounge and fitted kitchen. 3 bedrooms including 2 with 2 twin beds 90 each, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a shower room with WC and a bathroom. An internal staircase connects the 2 cottages together. Baby bed and high chair.

9 hectares of land with courtyard, parking, garden and access to the edges of the pond. Terrace in front of the mill, picnic table and beautiful wooden terrace at the edge of the pond. No-kill fishing allowed with loan of a boat. 2 pets allowed with supplement of 20€ per stay.

The Tournesac owes its name to the river that passes on the land. Due to the nearby presence of waterways, children must remain under the supervision of their parents during the stay. Many hikes in the surrounding forests. Saulieu: gastronomic city of the Maison Loiseau. Nearby for swimming, fishing or water activities: Lake Chamboux and Lake Settons.
