Gîte with private terrace offering a magnificent view of the Loire, this accommodation is the ideal place for a getaway with family or friends. House located in a privileged environment facing the Loire and close to all amenities.

Just 15 minutes away, embark on a memorable experience with the Passeurs de Loire, and discover the beauty of the region from a traditional boat. Orléans and the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, with their rich heritage, are only a 30-minute drive away.

In the surrounding area you can discover: the Domaine de la Charbonnière, the Tonnellerie museum in Chécy or the Parc Floral de La Source... The gîte is accessible by a few steps, it is composed on the ground floor, a kitchen equipped, a living/dining room and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms each with two 90x200 cm single beds (can be converted into a 180x200 cm double bed if necessary), a bathroom with toilet and a bathroom with toilet adjoining one of the bedrooms (the toilet are sanibroyeurs).

Long terrace of approximately 30 m2 with Loire view (a few steps to access it).

The price includes: sheets provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen included and electricity included. The end-of-stay cleaning package is offered at an additional cost of €20/stay. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
