Description of the accommodation

Discover this charming apartment with luxury services with two bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen and terrace in a residence with swimming pool and very close to a fine sandy beach (Lecques beach in Saint Cyr sur mer in Var).

The accommodation offered:
The apartment located 150 m from Lecques beach is fully air-conditioned.
It is located on the 1st floor of a pretty new residence with elevator. This one is of a very good standard. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with equipped kitchen and open to the space dedicated to the dining room and the living room which offers you a sofa to relax in (convertible for 5th bed if necessary). A 15 m2 terrace extends the accommodation. We have set up a table and chairs there to enjoy a nice aperitif and holiday meals with the family.

On the night side, the apartment has two bedrooms. The first offers a double bed 160 x 190 cm and a storage cupboard. The second is equipped with a pull-out bed and therefore you have two 90cm beds, which is ideal for children for example.

Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a simple sink, a shower and a towel dryer.

The plus is access to the shared swimming pool between 9 [hidden] and 8 [hidden] (note capacity limited to 10 people) and a gate opening directly onto the pink promenade and Lecques beach located 150m away.

Two parking spaces are available to you in the basement (N° 70 and 71)

Lecques beach is a large family beach of fine sand. Walk along the promenade to discover its sublime stretch of sand of almost 2 km and its postcard view. You can also enjoy restaurants and shops. The bathing establishments on Lecques beach also welcome you from April to October. Water activities possible in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddle, windsurfing, jet ski.
