Located in the LES CYCLADES residence with a communal swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09 (Opening subject to government and prefectural decisions), air-conditioned pavilion with full equipment. (2 bicycles available under your responsibility)

On the ground floor: a spacious veranda, living room with NON-convertible sofa and TV, modern and functional equipped kitchen area (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, vitro hob...), a bathroom with Italian shower, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
UP FLOOR: a 2nd bedroom with a 140 cm bed, TV, and a connecting alcove offering a 90 cm bed + 1 extra bed (fireplace).
Fully air-conditioned pavilion! Proximity to the beach at 700 m, shops at
400 m this property can only fill you with happiness when you come to our beautiful Region.
Calm and relaxation will be there!
Parking possible in the driveway for small cars only otherwise you will have to park in the street outside the residence.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
This rental accepts animals - A supplement of 30 € per animal / stay will be requested.
WIFI BOX rental: 39 € / week
