A 3-storey holiday residence located on the seafront in the southern sector of Saint Cyprien with parking and communal swimming pool.

This apartment by the sea, on the 3rd floor, offers a living room with sofa bed, television and equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, a large mezzanine with two single pull-out beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet. To enjoy the good weather, a loggia with a view of the sea and the swimming pool.

Excellent séjour. L&#39,emplacement était parfait, à proximité direct de la plage, vue sur la montagne et sur Collioure, appartement relativement spacieux pour 2, petit train, balade en bateau, commerce d&#39,appoint ainsi que pizzeria et restaurant à deux pas du logement.
