38 m2 cottage with terrace equipped with garden furniture with parasol and electric barbecue.
The accommodation on 2 levels is composed of:
On the ground floor: A bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchenette with ceramic hob - fridge / freezer - dishwasher - microwave, etc., a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet.
On the FIRST FLOOR: a bedroom with 2 single beds 90 cm, TV and storage cupboard.
Only the ground floor has air conditioning - Fan upstairs.
The rental has Wifi (Netflix and Canal + access)
No washing machine but laundry in the residence with purchase of tokens.
Parking will be on the street (parking spaces in the 2 streets next to the residence.)
Multiple activities at the gates of the residence - Discovery of the Port and its entertainment - Beach - Shopping - Sports activities ..
