30 m² carport. 10 m² terrace and small private enclosed garden of 50 m², with access to the shared swimming pool (11x7 m, protective barrier and cover), heated in mid-season, open from the end of May to mid-September. Garden of 4,000 m² with portico and ping-pong, shared by the 3 lodgings.
Tasting of the pineaux and cognacs of the farm as well as black truffle from December to February.

Tourism and Handicap Label (mental, hearing). Gite adjoining another lodging, not overlooked, in a characterful complex, on a wine and truffle estate.
