Wood provided for the fireplace. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen provided, beds made on arrival. Regular cleaning possible during the stay. 30 m² carport. 10 m² terrace and small private enclosed garden of 50 m², with access to the shared swimming pool (11x7 m, protective barrier and cover), heated in mid-season, open from the end of May to mid-September. 4,000 m² garden with swing and table tennis, shared by the 3 gîtes. Tasting of the farm's pineaux and cognacs as well as black truffles from December to February. Tourism and Disability Label (mental, hearing). Gîte adjoining another gîte, not overlooked, in a characterful complex, on a wine and truffle estate.
