Semi-detached house not overlooked, in a fully enclosed courtyard. Kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer... open to the living room with TV, internet, DVD player (no air conditioning). On the 1st floor an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. On the same landing a bathroom with shower, separate toilets, and a bathroom with a washing machine.
Heated salt swimming pool below the cottage, dimensions 9x4 depth 1.50m, with entrance by wide steps, secured by a roller shutter, shared with the owners and another cottage, open from Easter holidays to All Saints' Day. Bicycle storage possible in an outbuilding on site. Private parking in the enclosed common courtyard. Ping-pong table. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair, bathtub.
The price includes: bed linen, towels, household linen, electricity, heating, and cleaning at the end of the stay. Pool towels €5 per person. Enjoy the pleasure of being on holiday in a bubble of nature just a stone's throw from the great sites of the Périgord.

The bucolic view from the swimming pool will make you happy. The best place is under the magnificent chestnut tree.
