Land and enclosed courtyard of 400 m2 in front of the cottage with garden furniture and barbecue. Bathroom linen €10/person/change. End of stay cleaning €70. Electricity over 8 kw/day: €0.20/additional kw. Sheets €15/bed/change. Baby equipment: 1 high chair, 1 baby bath, 1 changing mat. 1 folding bed + 1 90 cm bed for 1 person not wanting to share 1 140 cm bed but the capacity of the cottage remains 6 people maximum. Old restored farmhouse in the Perigord countryside near Périgueux, a Gallo-Roman and medieval town. It is ideally located, at the gateway to the Périgord Noir, land of Prehistory (International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac 25 km away). The hiking trails will encourage you to explore the surrounding countryside. Fishing is possible in a pond belonging to the owner not far from the cottage. A visit to the nearby farm is also possible with sale of farm products depending on the season: duck breasts, foie gras, etc. in winter.
