Description of the accommodation

Gîte of 160m² on 3 levels with on the ground floor a large garage where cars, motorcycles, bicycles can easily park. On the garden level, the bright living room and the fully equipped kitchen open onto the beautiful terrace. You have 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms: shower and bathtub. Children will have fun in the large games room with table football, reading area, board games ... Hélène & Maurice welcome you to their old villa transformed into a gîte. This independent house has a beautiful garden with trees and flowers of almost 1000m². You will enjoy a covered and sheltered terrace, facing south, of more than 30m² with landscaped views. To make your stay even more comfortable, the beds are made on your arrival and towels are provided.

The price includes: - Charges (heating, electricity, gas and water)
Please note that in the event of excessive overconsumption, an additional cost may be charged to you

Calme et détente en famille. La disposition des chambres à part des pièces de vie facilite le repos en famille. Cuisine très bien équipée. Un 2eme frigo est très pratique. Jeux de société et cartes des environs avec activités&#47,visites. Pas trop loin d&#39,un supermarché, pharmacie, etc.
